It is hand knotted and has a faux pearl flower at the clasp. Signed on the back of the clasp. Some of the faux pearls have lost some of their lustre/ nacre/coating over time, sold as is. Strong and sturdy, NO need for restringing, structurally sound. Measures about 15" long!
