The lamp measures 14" high from the base to the top of the shade. The shade is unsigned, but likely original to the base which is signed "Pairpoint." The shade measures 6" tall, and 6" wide, and is hand-painted. The base stands 9.5" tall from the base to the top of the socket, and the base is about 6" in diameter. The lamp has been rewired, and works fine, however I suggest to have it rewired again, with an on/off switch added. Overall, the lamp is in good condition. The base retains all its original parts, and is free of dents or dings. T is substantial loss (about 20%) to the original silverplate finish. The shade is free of chips or cracks with the notable exception that the fitter ring is extremely rough. T has been a series of times when it was screwed in too tight, thus causing a chip on the fitter. One of these chips was large, and has been reglued. However, this is all hidden one the shade is in place. It is important to note that t are so many of these small chips, that the shade essentialy just rests above the lamp, rather than screwed tightly in place. The fitter size is a standard 2.25", so a replacement would be easy. Also, t is loss to the light frosting on the interior of the shade.
