This auction features an authentic Quimper French plate that is signed on the back and that has a bowl of flowers in the center portion of this plate. It is 10" in Diameter and all of the scroll work and other colorful designs on this piece were hand painted. The book that features the Quimper pottery dishes is by Dateman who lived in Newtown, PA. This plate is in EXCELLENT condition and it has a wonderful scalloped boarder. This piece is Numbered F6 g RF and it is marked Henriot Quimper France in Blue ink on the back of the plate. Please email us with any questions prior to bidding or buying. I purchased this piece in a store in Peddler's Village that sold French items only. That was about 35 years ago.
