signed Steuben Royal Crown Lloyd Atkins design Fit for royalty!! For your Queen of Hearts, King of Diamonds and a reminder of your love--this vintage signed Steuben Crown . Perfect for Valentine's Day or for anyone who deserves the royal treatment. This stately Crown is in superb condition with a mirror finished base all having no chips, no cracks, no dings, no scuffs and no scratches, it measures 4" high. A simply terrific piece of artistry and my idea of what a great gift should look like!! The winning bidder will be very pleased. (this gorgeous Crown is perfect on its own, but wrap this with a gift certificate for a day at the SPA and you will truly be NUMERO UNO)... I have set a very fair starting bid for a vintage Steuben piece that is in show room condition with no hidden reserve .
Steuben Glass was founded by Frederick Carder in 1903. It ranks with Baccarat, Lalique, Daum, Orrefors and Tiffany as one of the worlds foremost artisan glass houses. Steuben glass continues to be hand made by American craftsmen at the works in Corning NY. Because it is hand made, each piece is unique. Steuben glass is frequently the United States' gift of State to foreign dignitaries. Steuben markets no "seconds". Items that do not meet their exacting production standards are destroyed by being smashed in a bin. Steuben is a luxury brand and they have no "sales". Please e-mail me if you have any questions and thank you for your interest in this precious item. I have a reputation for selling art glass of the highest quality, please read the feedback from my satisfied buyers and bid with confidence. I pay Ebay extra so that you can enlarge the photos. Please do so and take a closer look. Also, please check out my other Steuben items on Ebay . This item will be packed with care and shipped insured priority mail . I will be happy to gift wrap free of charge --just ask! Thank you again for your interest in this terrific Steuben Crown (which is a retired design--Steuben item #8138, first produced in 1965 and appears on page 357 of the MJ Madigan Steuben reference book 2003 edition.)
