Up for auction is a beautiful signed Steuben lead crystal pineapple paperweight or decorative object. This piece was designed by Lloyd Atkins. This piece sold for $275.00. in the 1979-80 Steuben catalogue. It is Catalogue # 8147. Height 7" Pineapple, Age old symbol of hospitality. Condition is great No cracks or chips. It has a couple tiny flea size bites to bottom edge, nothing noticeable. The picture does not do this beautiful piece justice. Would make a wonderful gift for the advanced collector or a perfect start for the young collectors of fine things... Steuben glass is a small company devoted to making objects of purest lead crystal, crystal with a very high refractive index. NO RESERVE! Thanks for looking!
