About the item: For the special event of the death of Wolverine, artist Steve McNiven and inker Jay Leisten created this special pack in honor of the event. Featuring the blueline artwork by Steve McNiven and inked by hand by Jay Leisten, this original art is the actual, original one-of-a-kind inked page used to produce page 8 of The Death of Wolverine #3. Steve McNiven drew by hand pencil prelims, one of which is included in with this special Collectors Pack, and then created the final draft digitally. The draft was then sent to Leisten for inking and this is that page. Again, this is the actual, original page used to produce the comic. There are no finished pencil pages from this issue in existence as the finished line art was all done digitally by McNiven. What you get in this auction:- Finished page used to produce page 8 of the actual comic book, signed by McNiven and Leisten. Measures approximately 11 by 17 inches. - Pencil prelim of a panel from this page drawn by hand by McNiven and also signed by McNiven. Measures approximately 8 1/2 by 11 inches. - Print featuring Wolverine signed by both McNiven and Leisten.
