" CARLO SCARPA VENINI ITALIAN ART GLASS " An awesome rare MURANO light cranberry art glass bowl designed by CARLO SCARPA for VENINI for sale at auction. Made between the period of 1935-1937. A stunning square sommerso a bollicine bowl with gold powder and tiny air bubbles. Bowl is 2.5 inches tall and 4 inches across at top. Featured in the Leslie Pina book "20 Century Italian glass" on page 150. Marked with faded acid stamp: Venini/Murano/Italy . Mint condition with some wear on polished bottom.
