I have been dealing in vintage clothing off and on for 15 years and this has got to be the wildest and most fun hat I have ever had the chance to offer. This fabric is a very stiff board like materail that has been painted in zebra style. The inside if it is sigend, Friggate in Acapulco. There is a stretch string that goes over your chin, like a party hat but, it has lost its firm stretch, the inside measure 19 inches, the outside width is 17 inches, it does have a few cracked areas in some places but, that does not take away the attraction of this hat, if you just want to have fun and a great novelty piece, this is it! :) Shipping cost is included in the purchase price within the United States, thank you for visiting! :)
