Up for auction is a Silver Age DC Action Comics "Sir Jimmy Olsen, Knight of Metropolis!" #231, August 1957 in Fine 6.0 condition or better . See my comments and the pictures. Keep in mind, I'm not a professional grader, but I have had the experience of grading thousands of my dads collection and you can see that from my other auctions and feedback I take great care in assessing the comic book. I am working off of the Ebay Pricing Guide, so please refer to it is for reference. I try to be as conservative as possible and the imperfections for this copy are as follows;Very good color and reflectivity with very minor stress creases and color breaks along spine. Blunting at top and bottom of spine. Top right corner crease is the only major item with minor creases and minute tears at rollover top edge to left over spine with color breaks. right corner tip slight blunting. Indent dots on either side of the crease and break with crease at right edge under stamp, and middle to bottom edge with no break. Dot soil under Jimmy and in his speech bubble. Dimple at end of his lance, Supe's knee and a couple over Action with faint color breaks. Matte reflection at left edge to bottom corner, right side to spine and bottom corner in certain light. Two soft creases at left corner. Minor stress creases along spine with minor foxing. Very minor tears read more
