Up for auction is an Silver Age DC Mystery in Space "The Sky-High Man!" #49, February 1959 in Fine- 5.5 condition or better. See my comments and the pictures. Keep in mind, I'm not a professional grader, but I have had the experience of grading hundreds of my dads collection and you can see that from my other auctions and feedback I take great care in assessing the comic book. I am working off of the Ebay Pricing Guide, so please refer to it is for reference. I try to be as conservative as possible and the imperfections for this copy are as follows;Very good color and reflectivity with minor spine stress creases and color breaks, minor top and bottom spine blunting with 1/8" top spine tear. Light color loss near helmet and circular indent on tank. Both tips tip ends are slightly creased and blunted. Right edge soft creases with three small tears to under earth and above title at bottom. Hairline color breaks right of speech bubble. Minute tear at soft rollover top edge left. Dimpling at ruler and hand and under knee. Slight chaff top spine. Back cover soft creases at left edge middle and matte stain in certain light. Four diagonal short creases in red area and over price at right corner. Creasing over blue soldiers with faint color breaks, over left explosion and minor foxing. Dot stains at bottom edge right with creasing at bottom
