RE-LISTED AT LOWER PRICE.was $30 now is $10 as the top silver sheet is missing in some areas . Please, i have a brain disorder involving all nervous systems in the body which means emotions can set off a major painful flare up. So I am asking not to put yourself as a watcher UNTIL LAST DAY & YOU MIGHT BID NOT JUST WATCH . For I get excited to see all these watchers then no sale and it truly causes me pain. Thanks and God bless you for this simple act of thoughtfulness:) Fifteen years ago, I found this very heavy, ugly tray hanging on a peg on the wall of the steps going down to the stonewalled basement with dirt floors. I washed it and it was still a heavy black ugly tray but I could read the 1875. So I figured hang on to it. After all, the original house was over 200 years old and some of the wood work and ornate carvings in the moldings showed it as a "period piece" of architecture that had gone through many renovations over the years.(My neighbors who lived in the town all their lives verified from stories passed down that indeed it was built over 200 years ago.) So now I understood why the tray was still in residence. It was so black with age that it blended into the dark beams of the poorly lit staircase.
