This is a lovely silver 935 key wind pocket watch with a telephone dial made in Switzerland around 1880 and could be worn as a very unusual pendant or a great addition to a collection. This watch is coming in an old original box.
The white enamel dial with pink centre has black Roman numerals with a circle around them, called by the dealers in watches a telephone dial and is very ornately decorated. The watch comes in a high quality Swiss 935 silver case. The beautiful silver case is completely covered with floral engraving - there is not a part of the case that does not have any engraving. The case is in near mint condition showing very light wear. The back of the case is still monogram free for you to personalize this watch for yourself or for your friend. The inside of the watch is stamped 935 and is numbered: 62172. This number can also be found on the inside of the silver 935 cuvette. The key wind watch has a gilt bridge movement with a cylinder escapement and is in a good condition. Diameter: 37mm. Circa 1880 Swiss Made. The watch is coming in an old original leather box. The inside of the box is inlayed with purple velvet and has a hook in the middle to hang the watch on. This is a very nice addition to an already beautiful watch!!! I have been in the antique watch business for the last twenty years. It started of as a hobby and the love for nice watches. With the time it picked up from hobby to a full time business. Hence it is a business, but it has not taken away my love and respect for every watch individually.
