UP FOR BID IS THIS RARE, .900 SILVER GERMAN FIVE MARK COMMEMORATIVE ROUND, MINTED 1935 IN BERLIN. THE POTSDAM CHURCH IS ON ONE SIDE, AND THIRD REICH MARKS ON REVERSE. ALTHOUGH GERMAN MADE, IT'S THE SIZE OF A US HALF-DOLLAR COIN. MOST OF THESE COINS WERE DESTROYED AFTER WORLD WAR II. BUT, YOU CAN OWN THIS HISTORIC COIN. COIN COMES WITH A DESCRIPTIVE NARRATIVE AND IS ENCLOSED IN A PLASTIC FLIP PROTECTOR.
