The plane measures 3" long, 3/4" wide, 3/4" high and contains a 1/2" wide blade. The brass sides are pined together, like a pocket knife, giving the tool remarkable strength. Foe those who do not know, the bull nose allows the operator to plane roght up to the front of the tool. Blade is properly ground, easy to adjust with the brass thumb screw, and only requires a slight honing to make the blade razor sharp.
