Singapore # 28-42 Mint VF VLH & NH plated set of 89 complete different dates issued. The collection is on 9 album pages with 23 very lightly hinged and 66 stamps are never hinged. (TOP 2 Values of 14 stamps are all NH). The stamps have the margin attached and it is used for the hinge. The collection was formed by a Singapore collector from the post office in Singapore and may be unique.Great for specialized exhibit priced at half way between the Scott and Gibbons catalogue value of the stamps alone.Only 10,000 issued & sacerest souvenir sheet in Singapore.
