Singer Featherweight Sewing Machine Works Great 1948-1950 This is a Singer Featherweight Sewing Machine. Model number is: AJ558704. That makes it built in between 1948-1950 by my research. I tested the machine and it works fine. The gold border is in great shape - no noticable missing or rubbed spots. There are some marks here and there on the black but I am not sure if that can be buffed out or not - please see all pics. I am not a sewing machine expert so please give comments and or ask questions to help with information in this listing. I will provide more pictures upon request. I did not try to clean this machine. I did pulg it in, removed the needle, and pressed the foot pedal and it worked very smoothly. Please ask questions if unsure of anything. Thanks for looking!
