SINGER ORIGINAL #221 FEATHERWEIGHT SEWING MACHINE. This machine runs on 220 volts electricity & sews great. Machine is shiny no old dried oil or worn sewing area. Behind the sewing area are many very small scratches it may have dropping the foot pedal t for the last 50 years. You can see by the very little wear on the decals this machine was selom used. Has no case. When you receive the machine just un package & continue to sew on the same Sunbrella canvas you see in the photo. It is ready to sew & works well, it is not even began to be broke in. Has attachments extra needles, bobbins & instructions. The machine will be wrapped in small bubble bubble wrap put in the case then tied, then placed in box surrounded with hard sheeted Styrofoam, again tied then placed in second box again surrounded with second layer of sheeted Styrofoam. The flat rate always includes the Insurance at what the selling price is. Serial #EJ231171 dates the machine to; 1953 to 1954. When I run these 220 volt machines I use a step up _ step down converter & it works just fine.
