This is a Singer 221 Featherweight Flatbed (AK762989) Feb. 20, 1952. It is in very good condition, needs a little cleaning. Motor runs smooth, belt is good, light works, foot control & the cord works but has a place that was taped up. We took the tape off and it looks like it was chewed on will need retaped or spliced. The carrying case is in pretty good shape, has some scuffs a scrapes around the edges. It has a bracket for the foot control, and another bracket for something else?. The book is missing the cover, tells how to care for and operate your machine. How to use attachments etc. A nice useable machine . (Weighs 19 lbs.)
