SINGLE DIGIT NIXIE CLOCK Nixie clock type 'SN18' has the following features: - For IN-18 or IN-8 Nixie tube - 12 or 24 hour time display - Adjustable night blanking period, with adjustable override period - Alarm, with snooze - Customizable snooze period (6,9,12 or 15 minutes) - Crystal timebase, with software calibration - Optional WWVB / DCF77 / MSF synchronization (Contact me for a suitable receiver) - Software shutdown of HV for optimum WWVB / DCF / MSF seek - Auto DST adjustment through WWVB / DCF / MSF syncronization - Auto night-synchronization for optimum signal reception (user-configurable) - Blue LED underlighting of Nixie tube, software configurable for following night-blanking or not - Time backup for ~1 hour in case of power outages - AM / PM indicator LED - 4 display modes including 2 fade modes (slow and fast) - All user settings and preferences stored to flash memory - Multifunctional LED for seconds: - No WWVB / DCF77 / MSF sync in the last 24 hours: flashes red - Valid WWVB / DCF77 / MSF sync in the last 24 hours: flashes green - Currently acquiring a WWVB / DCF77 / MSF frame: flashes red/green Suggested case for the clock - please enquire for details. Assembled clock with IN-8 tube A DCF, WWVB or MSF receiver appropriate to your location may be purchased as an option Close up showing the IN-18 tube in its socket for easy tube changing. Case not included. Clock is fully functionl without it. The clock kit is fully inclusive, except for tube, DCF / WWVB / MSF receiver and power supply: Uses DC power supply (9-12V, minimum 250 mA) This is not supplied - It is more economical for the winning bidder to buy a suitable adapter locally, suitable for local power outlet type. Full details of the power supply are provided in the comprehensive documentation, and it is very easy to obtain cheaply, including from ebay.
