This is a pint aqua colored glass gin bottle with paper label. Label is in good condition for age. Age is estimated to be around 1910-1930. Glass & cork stopper. Glass bottle has a trade mark with double cross over a crown on the front of bottle, just over the paper label.
Info on label: "Sir Robert Burnett & Co. Celebrated London Dry Gin Distilled in New York as at Vauxhall Distillery London.
Embossed on one edge" LONDON DRY GIN and on the other SIR ROBERT BARNETT & CO's."
On the rear paper label: "Break This Bottle When Empty for your own protection" (obviously the owner did not follow instructions). A detailed analysis of contents and Manufaturers M. Hahn & Co., Inc. New York City. "For medical use only". (not sure that owner followed this instruction either)
The bottle is quite heavy, weighing over a pound. T are several marks on the shoulders, the bottom, and other area, that appear to be cracks at first glance, but think that they are actually mold marks or defects in the glass. A two piece mold with seams on the corners.
