Ø All sales are final. T are no refunds or exchanges unless the product is completely defective. (Shipping & Handling is non-refundable) Some manufacturers repair or replacement directly. Returns are replaced from manufacturer’s inventory.

Ø Defective items must be returned no later than 5 days after you receive it. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling fees for replacement shipments.
