1960's Slingerland 5.5"x14" Artist Solid Shell Snare Drum This drum is in amazing condition. Nicest one on Ebay. A rare find. The Artist model was sold as a 3 ply and solid shell drum. This is the desirable solid shell version. 8 Lugs. The original champagne wrap is beautiful! The chrome is very nice. Drum is in round. Heads fit easily. I am only the 3rd owner of this beautiful drum. The first gentleman owned it for over 40 years. Believe the hype on these vintage solid shell Slingerlands. They do sound that good. No extra holes.Factory bearing edges are very nice. Payment is due within 2 days of auction ending. . This item is as described. I have sold many drum related items on Ebay and every buyer has been very satisfied. I have 100% positive feedback.
