This small antique leather covered dome top stagecoach trunk measures approx. 14 1/2 inches long by 9 inches wide by 8 inches tall. This great old trunk is lined with a Connecticut newspaper from 1820. With the exception of the bottom the entire outside of the trunk is covered with leather held on with decorative tacks. The top has the initials "HW" in decorative tacks inside an oval of tacks. The box retains its original iron hinges and iron lock. T is one small leather patch on the front and some new leather trim on the lid otherwise the trunk is completely original and in very good condition. No key. Buyer pays shipping & insurance.
