Small job lot of vintage track. I am not an expert on this but I have taken advice from local model railway club who tell me that it is homemade and probably dates from the 1950s - they thought the sleepers were Gem brand. Quite rare and difficult to find. There are approx 50 pieces in the box as follows: 15 long curves 4 medium curves 7 long straights 3 medium straights 6 short straights 4 short curves 5 l/h points 3 r/h points 1 l/h curved point (quite large radius curve) 1 r/h curved point (quite large radius curve) The gauge is 00 but the rails are thinner than standard Hornby track and the curve radius is large. In addition there are a few pieces of damaged track. Overall condition is reasonable for the age - some of the rails are slightly corroded and some of the track is marked with something white (paint?). Please e-mail with any queries.
