This auction is for a small New Haven clock that has glass around it that is similar to the Candlewick style used in glass bowls, plates, and other items. I wound it a small amount and it ran fine for quite a few hours. However, it would probably be a good idea to oil it before using it extensively.
The clock is in quite good condition with the following small exceptions: two of the four nuts on the back are missing; see the second photograph t are a couple of very small marks on the face; one to the right and above the 8 and another below and just to the right of the last 'N' in New Haven; see the first photograph t are bubbles in the glass from when it was manufactured; the arrow in the third picture points to one of them one half of the back portion of two of the glass 'balls' are missing, however they are so cleanly missing that it must have been manufactured that way; hopefully this can be seen near the arrow in picture six you can see in the side view of picture 4 that t are what I assume to be 'mold marks' between the front and back of the glass 'balls' Important: Shipments will only be made to United States addresses in the lower 48 states I only accept PayPal and money orders Insurance is optional for this item but is highly recommended Ifyou need more detail about any aspect of the item, please send me aquestion. Returns will only be accepted if t was a significant error in the description If you have any problems with the item received, please contact me immediately so that we can resolve the issue BEFORE leaving feedback. Thank you.
