This is a pretty 3.3" triangular dish that is in mint condition. It was probably meant to be a personal ashtray or candleholder. It has sommerso blue-green glass surrounded by a ring of honey amber that creates wonderful optic effects. The bowl is cased in clear glass. The rim is ground smooth and nicely polished. T is little wear on the ground, polished base. The dish does not have a label, but I believe it was designed by Poli for Seguso. The dish is 3.2" wide and 1.1" tall.
