Small Ceramic Travel Shaving Scuttle with StopperNOTE: Shipping is included in the price of the potOffering for you consideration is this small travel sized ceramic shaving scuttle. Shaving scuttles are used for wet shaving. The scuttle is used mix the shaving cream or soap and keep it warm as well. The shaving scuttle is a larger lower water bowl with a lather bowl attached to the top. The water bowl holds hot water and keep the shaving lather warm. There is a handle attached to hold the bowl to make holding the scuttle easy. Water can be heated inside the scuttle by placing the scuttle with water inside in a microwave to heat the water for up to 90 seconds. A stopper has been added to help hold in the heat. This scuttle is hand made in the USA.Dimensions: Lower water reservoir is approximately 4 1/2 inches in diameter by 2 inches deep. The top bowl lather bowl is approximately 3 1/4 inches in diameter by 2 1/4 inches deep. Grooves are added to the bottom and sides to help in mixing the cream or soap. Handle is large enough to insert 2 fingers inside to make holding the scuttle easy.Water Capacity: This scuttle holds approximately 1 1/2 cups of hot water in the lower water bowl.
