Bone China Chest decorated with a group of Bernese Mountain dogs in the Snow. Designed and painted by Sylvia Smith.Size:- 90mm x 50mm x 35mm including lid.I am offering a good quality fine bone china trinket box decorated on the lid with a hand painted group of Bernese Mountain dogs. T is one adult pulling the cart and t are two puppies in the cart together with a cream churn. T is another puppy playing in the snow. The corners and sides of the box are decorated with hand painted stylised snow covered mountains, sky and fir trees. T is hand painted red trim around the box.. The box has curved feet and a domed lid. The artist's signature is on the underside of the lid. The base carries the Sylvia Smith Ceramics backstamp in blue. Heritage - Designer Range - Made in England.A quality item.
