This is a Smith-Phillips Semi Porcelain Mauretania, I assume pattern large Platter. , show some crayzing. It the upper rim is also trimmed in gold, Outside of platter has a leafy green with red flowers in the pattern. After researching, I found out that the company was only in business for 29 years from 1901 to 1930 and merged with a larger company during the Great Depression of 1930's and that company too closed in 1932. The platter itself is 16- inches long and 12 inches wide Over all hieght of dish is 1-1/4 inches. It weighs over 3 pounds 6 ounces. T are no chips or cracks, but some minor crayzing in this set. Please see seller's other items, as we have many pieces that match this pattern and we do combine shipping. We ship to the lower 48 U.S. states only and insurance is 1.70 optional.
