It has all of the original pieces, the only issue is one of the fence posts is broken. Everything else is in excellent condition. The box is dirty from storage, but very nice shape. The Jeep Wagoneer is in remarkable unused condition. It's metal and is heavy. Very few if any blemishes. This is very rare and I can't say enough about the condition of these items. The tree wasn't on the list of items, but it was in the box so I kept it in t Shipping and handling is $15.00
