RARE SNAP ON TOOLS This lot include some of the rarest Snap On Tools I've ever seen. The earliest standardized marking for sockets consisted of an "S" and "O" overstrike to indicate Snap-On, together with the socket size in fractional notation. (The size marking was usually on the opposite side from the S/O-Overstrike.) This marking style was used up until about 1923. Sockets that have the S/O strikeover mark in this lot include: Drive Size 1/2" 1" Square 1/2" 7/8" Square 1/2" 3/4" Square 1/2" 11/16" Square 1/2" 5/8" Square 5/8" 1 1/8" 6 pt. 5/8" 1 1/16" 6 pt. 5/8" 31/32" 6 pt. 1/2" 25/32" 6 pt. 1/2" 19/32" 6 pt. 1/2" 1/2" 6 pt.
