This display, along with others that we have sold, has some really great qualities that our customers really appreciate. One such quality is that the wires for the buildings and accessories are completely hidden from view, keeping the magical illusion of the display intact. The wires run under the display so they are not seen. And with our new system for the lampposts (much improved over what we used last year), they stay nice and secure. Anyone who has worked with the lampposts know they have a larger top and a smaller bottom so they fall over easily, but not with our new system Another great quality is that this display is designed to coordinate with any other display in our Christman-16 line. Simply slide one or more displays together to form an even larger display. Instructions (and materials) on how to make the seams between the individual displays disappear, are included with the display. You can pick and choose which displays you want use to create a larger display, and put them in any order you like. The pathways, staircases, walls, and area around the building is hand-carved, lightly coated with a hardening agent, sanded then painted. It is a four step process that creates some wonderful features with a slightly aged look, which is perfect for Christmas . T is snow on parts of the stairs cases, walls, and pathways. This display is designed to hold up to 5 building plus accessories. We use term "up to" because for each of the landings t is an accessory cap which can be placed over the landing so the area can be used for accessories instead of a building. That means if you don't want to display 5 buildings, you can display anyw from 1 to 4 building and use the extra space for your accessories. It is a great way to achieve you own perfect balance between building and accessories. In the center, towards the front is a frozen pond which is hand made. It is tinted white to resemble ice, and has piles of snow around the edge. Behind the pond is the brick/stone wall. Features of this display include: The pathway starts in the front on one side, curves around in a 180 degree turn, and ends in the front on the opposite side. T are 3 elevations to the display. The first 2 buildings closest to the front are at the lowest elevation. The buildings in the corners are at the middle elevation, and the building in the center is at the highest. Along the front of the display, a straight stone wall with a straight pathway in front. This is a common feature to all of our display platforms. Between the front pathway and front wall, t are places for up to 4 lampposts (if you don't want that many or any along the front, the places for the lampposts can be covered over with the ground cover so they disappear). We have a great new way of displaying the lamppost so they are very easy to put up and all the wires are hidden from view The ground cover is a high quality white ground cover. Other Specifications: The overall size of the display is 31 13/16 inches x 19 ½ inches. Display Stand The concept is the display will sit on top of the stand, and the battery packs and plugs can be located inside the stand, towards the front, instead of running out the back of the display. The front panel opens easily, giving you convenient access to turning the battery packs and plugs on and off.
