This is one of 6 different playground type sculptures I recently purchased from estate. I was told these are Dept. 56 but t are no stickers or markings to that effect. I'm sure those of you with more expertise will know if they are or not. This fantastic sculpture is very detailed. It is a tree house and the base and buildings are translucent. Notice the people, the animals and all the minute details that make this sculpture a treasure to own. The boy on the balconey standing beneath the "No Grownups Allowed" sign is holding a basket at the end of a rope over the side. Looks like he's pulling up some groceries. The basket will sway on the cord as it is a real cord. Although I didn't take a picture of back, it is detailed on the backside, too. 's a picture of the end. This is the cabin at the base of the treehouse. The base has an irregular shape but overall size is about 5" x 5 1/2" and approximately 7 1/2" in height. I'm sure you'll be pleased to add this to your Christmas display or collection. It is in excellent condition. No nicks, no chips, no cracks and no repairs. A response to my invoice is required within 3 days and payment within 7 days of auction end. If these stipulations are not met, I will notify Ebay and they will get in touch with you concerning this transaction. IMPORTANT: I am very easy to work with and patient but BE SURE YOU INTEND TO PAY IF YOU WIN. Non-paying bidders will be reported to Ebay. This also applies to subjective payments made by those who change the amount invoiced without prior approval. Winning bidder is responsible for ALL costs of shipping. I am not responsible for items lost or damaged by the post office. Insurance is strongly recommended for the voyage through the "postal twilight zone". Since the big increase in postal shipping costs, I am using parcel post more often as a shipping option when it is truly a savings over priority. Keep in mind parcel post takes longer to deliver. Priority is always available upon request. Post office is still less expensive than other carriers. I am in no way responsible for high shipping costs. It is calculated by packaged weight between postal zones which disregards ounces except for first class packages. Delivery confirmation is required on all domestic packages. No exceptions. I prefer Paypal for payment but also accept post office money orders from USA winners. International winners and anyone with negative feedback within the past 6 months must use Paypal.
