This is an AWESOME and EXTREMELY RARE AND LIMITED PIECE of DISNEY HISTORY for the devout DISNEY COLLECTOR! "WITH A SMILE AND A SONG" Lithograph / SNOW WHITE AND THE SEVEN DWARFS. Extremely Limited Edition Artist Proof #22 of ONLY 50! This gem features some of the RAREST ART from the DISNEY CLASSIC SNOW WHITE AND THE SEVEN DWARFS, featuring artwork from the collection of Mike and Jeanne Glad, Cartoon Art Museum San Francisco, June 23-October 3, 1993. This fantastic piece bears the signatures of FOUR, YES FOUR, of the original "NINE OLD MEN" animators who were still living at the time of its production, WARD KIMBALL, FRANK THOMAS, MARC DAVIS, and last, but not least, OLLIE JOHNSTON!. I was thrilled to be able to purchase this piece of Rare Disneyana at an All American Collectibles auction in Fair Lawn, New Jersey on April 27, 1997. Unfortunately I am running out of wall space and am forced to reduce the size of my collection. This is your chance to own this EXTREMELY RARE, MULTIPLY SIGNED, EXTREMELY LIMITED EDITION, ARTIST PROOF. I do apologize for the picture quality as it is difficult to photograph without reflections and distortion showing up in the photographs. The overall size of the piece is 33" X 27". The frame appears to be grey painted wood. The artwork is professionally framed, triple matted, with a grayish white linen color, black, and then silver against the actual lithograph, under plexiglass. The frame hanging device is a plastic-coated cable wire attached to the frame by metal hooks. T are a few very minor chips on the frame, the worst of which is approximately 3/4" long x 1/8" wide on the rear edge at the top. This is not visible when hung on the wall. T is an almost identical chip on the right side of the frame at the rear which is also not visible when hung on the wall. T is also a tiny small chip on the right bottom face corner that is approximately 1/8" in diameter, nearly unnoticable. These imperfections, in the frame only, are extremely minor. I just want to describe the piece as accurately as possible (I will send photographs of the imperfections if needed, just ask). To be quite honest, I have always felt that this Fantastic Rare piece should have been shown the RESPECT of a much higher quality frame! The auction will start with a extremely fair and low starting bid, with no reserve. Shipping cost will be $50.00, insurance included. If additional photographs are desired, please contact me and I will provide them. GOOD LUCK! P.S. If the auction sale price meets or exceeds $300.00, I will also include an autographed photograph of Adriana Casselotti, the original voice of Snow White!
