VERY RARE - PERIOD - ANTIQUE ( Circa 1830's ) TOBY "SOFT PASTE" PITCHER/MUG/STEIN Picture on (right) shows "V" on the back, no doubt a maker mark. This is a Very old "Soft Paste" Toby Figurine Pitcher. This is made of "soft paste" which was done back in the 1800's. I have had this checked, and it is from on or about the 1830's. This measures approximately 9.5" inches tall x 4.5" inches wide at the base.It is in Excellent Condition for it's age of over 150 years. This has been repaired, but in now way affects the beauty of this Spectacular piece. It is 6.5" wide handle to front. The colors are great. I am not an expert on such items, but i do have friends who are Antique Dealers, and they all agree that this is in Super shape for being as old as it is. you can see w the repair was done.
