This is one of the finest writing instruments in the world, the 18 karat Gold Duofold Presidential manufactured by Parker in the UK ! This fountain pen comes brand new in its original wooden case with certificate. SPECIFICATIONS:

MARKS: The fountain pen is marked "Parker", "Made in UK", and with several gold hallmarks including "18k" and "750" as well as Austrian import gold hallmarks - please see detail pictures. The wooden box is marked with the Parker Duofold logo on the inside. MATERIAL: 18 karat gold pen. Wooden box with black velvet lining inside. Original Parker leaflet and certificate of authenticity. Size of the original box is 8.2 x 3.3 x 2 inches. (deco 18sz) This exquisite 18 Karat gold Parker Duofold comes in the original box with a certificate of authenticity with the authentication number "0113" and the original parker leaflet. Each pen is individually numbered, fully hallmarked, and supplied in a bespoke hand crafted presentation box. The Parker story began in 1888 when George Safford Parker developed his first pen and patents it on December 10, 1889 . Between 1900 and 1915, Parker created a number of truly stunning writing instruments with gold, silver, and mother-of-pearl inlays that qualified as the style statement of that era. In 1921, the company introduced its most innovative and important launch to date, the Duofold. In 1926 and 1927, the Duofold family was expanded to include a new group of vibrant shades like Jade Green, Mandarin Yellow, Lapis Blue, Pearl , and Black. The 1920s heyday of the famous Duofold is revisited in 1987, when the Duofold Centennial Fountain Pen and Ball Pen are re-introduced, just before Parker's 100th anniversary.
