This beautiful old heavy solid copper bowl looks very nice in its original vintage condition, it is exactly as I acquired it at a farmhouse sale in the fall. The brass hanging ring is a little tight from lack of use, but it folds neatly to the bowl or extends for hanging. The thick undented rolled rim is perfectly in the round. The bowl is not dented, probably due to the thick guage of the copper. Spun copper makers rings may be seen on the exterior surface as well as the brushed interior. The bottom is semi-flattened. It measures approximately 8-3/4" across the top and stands about 4-1/4" tall. The bowl weighs about 1 lb. 6 oz. Professional grade, and very nice. This would look great in your kitchen.
