Hoosier Cabinet! Up for auction is a Hoosier Cabinet, the dimensions are (50) Fifty inches wide, (69) Sixty Nine inches tall, (27) Twenty Seven inches deep. This cabinet is solid oak, and the inside of the cabinets are painted white. This is believed, and what appears to be a Hoosier Cabinet, but t is no tag on it anyw It is also believed to be refinished but it does have some minor problems. On the bottom cabinet, one of the double doors is starting to come apart at the seems( see pictures ). On the top cabinet, one of the racks that is mounted on the door is coming apart( see pictures ). Also on both of the double doors, the spring locks on the inside to keep both doors from opening, they are both missing hardware. Other than those things I belive it is in good shape, but please take a look at the pictures, it is great piece . The top cabinet has a set of double doors, a single door for the flour sifter, and a roll up door. The bottom cabinet has a set of double doors, (4) four drawers, and a cutting board, and then t is also the enamel top. This cabinet still has the flour sifter with a glass window to see how much flour is left, and the swifter swings down for easy refilling. On the two top doors t is a clip on one door for holding recipes, and on the other door t is two racks i belive they are for spices. The roll up door is in great shape and it rolls up very easy. With the door rolled up t is what we belive is a sugar shaker, it is glass and it has a hanger to hold it, it is in good shape. The enamel top has a little damage but t is not much . The cutting board in this cabinet appears to be original and has not been refinished, and is unique. The bottom drawer of the bottom part of the cabinet is a bread bin and the metal appears to be in good shape. T are two racks in the bottom cabinet behind the double doors, they slide out, one rack is metal the other is wood, I belive they call that part of the cabinet the pie safe. I am sure i missed something, if you have any questions please e-mail us. We will start low so bid high! Thanks and God Bless, from Auction Ohio! I was sent an e-mail and another ebayer belives this is a McDougall Cabinet, I just wanted you to know, Thanks and God Bless
