's a decent Stanley tool box that appears to be solid oak and in reasonably good original condition. Someone appears to have removed the finish from the lid perhaps to refinish it, and stopped t- the rest of the finish seems original, as well as the hardware. A little work would make this piece really nice. With the lid closed the dimensions are 25" long by 11" wide and about 4 1/2 " deep. Shape is more like a suitcase than a tool box. The original oak piece insides needs to be reglued but seems to be perfectly intact. Take a look at the supersized pictures on this nice oak tool box! Shipping will be $20 by Insured UPS Mail in the 50 United States- if it is less I will refund the difference to your Paypal account. As always, payment will be by Paypal only. I can only ship to the 50 United States at this time. Note- I am selling several planes from my own collection at this time and concentrating more on just the planes that will come in handy in my every day woodworking. Please note that I DO NOT ACCEPT E-CHECKS which are a transfer from a bank account into a Paypal account and tfore take 3-4 business days to fund and clear. Buyer's Paypal accounts need to be funded at the time of purchase so when you make your payment the transfer of funds will be instant.
