"Solid Silver Gilt Nurses Medal Masonic?" fully Irish hallmarked for Dublin 1948. It is in very good condition with no dings or dents.On the front of the medal it is engraved:- "Maxwell Park Chapter No.298" The medal has bee presented to a "Sis. E.Davidson" and is engraved on the back:- "Presented To Sis. E.Davidson For Services Rendered as Worthy Matron 1947" It measures 77mm top to bottom and 43mm in diameter and weighs a heavy 23.0 grams.A lovely collectable medal which would make a fine addition to any good collection.
