This SOMERSET & WORCESTER SAVINGS BANK $1 NOTE IS SERIAL NUMBER 1627. The issue date of Nov 1st 1862. T are no pin holes that I can see. The note is hand signed by the cashier and president. Though t is some bleed thru the paper by the ink, from front to back, t are no areas of ink burn thru that I can see. This note is immaculate. I direct your attention to the photos and let you arrive at your own conclusions. This series of tile red notes included other notes in denominations of, two dollars, three dollars, and five dollars. If you would like to claim a complete set simultaneously, please see my other listings. I have those notes for sale also; ALL NOTES ARE CRISP UNCIRCULATED NOTES. This is a living piece of early Maryland history.
