SONATA (made by SELMER) AS701 Eb ALTO SAXOPHONE ALMOST NEW - EX 'MUSIC FOR SCHOOLS' EXCELLENT CONDITION Serial No: AD22111031 Through an arrangement with a very large instrument retailer, I specialise in selling ex display and ex lease instruments and accessories, surplus stock as well as items which have been returned by customers who have changed their minds. These represent excellent value for money, and can save you £££s off the normal price. This sax was part of a batch of ex 'Music For Schools' instruments I bought recently. It is just a few months old, and is in great condition. It was returned to the original supplier due to lack of use. It is hard to distinguish from a brand new instrument, even on close examination, and comes with a nice lightweight case (with two detachable shoulder straps), neck strap, cork grease, polishing cloth and a new reed to start you off. It plays easily from top to bottom with a nice tone. NB All the photos are of this actual instrument, not copied and pasted from any of my other listings - it's only fair that you should see EXACTLY what you are getting! Sonata is a brand name used by a very large instrument retailer (Normans) on many of their student level instruments, although this sax is in fact manufactured by Conn-Selmer, the world's largest maker of wind instruments.
