Hi everyone! This is a first ~ I've made a write-on ornament on which you can put your special message for the tree, or, it can be used as a special gift tag for that truly deserving Collie lover. 's a Collie in a Santa hat, holding a special message board. The hole in the top will accommodate the string or ribbon of your choice, or it could also be used to hang this on a tiny nail on the wall. And the message board awaits your creativity. Simply write your message or greeting in dry erase or felt tip pen. Then, erase or wash with soap and water to use over and over. I've created this ornament to be unlike any I've done before or will do again. I've specialized in creating unique ornaments from ceramic clay each holiday season since 1982. My specialty is one-of-a-kinds ~ I never use molds, patterns or cookie cutters. I'm not about selling in quantity or taking shortcuts or reproducing my work, rather my satisfaction comes from creating totally unique pieces, one at a time for the people who appreciate that. My ornament process begins by rolling out ceramic clay. Then I sketch my original idea freehand directly onto the flat surface. Once the outline is cut out, I sculpt in, add on or carve out details in clay, after which I meticulously apply the paint, paying an inordinate amount of attention to the animal's expression.
