This gorgeous Italian-made music box plays Funiculi Funicula (Love is in the air...). The beautiful inlaid wood presents a music theme showing sheet music, violin, mandolin/lute, and trumpet. The deep rose color makes this perfect for a lady's jewelry box. It's lined in red velvet and has a "groove" built in for rings. It has the original key. This box is new and was a gift that was never displayed, so has been in the original box since its purchase. It includes the Certificate of Warranty from the maker F. Petagna Inlaid Wood Works, Sorrento, Italy. The box is approximately 10.5 inches wide by 6.25 inches deep by 2.75 inches tall (including brass feet). The music works can be viewed via a window inside the box that is covered with a red velvet covered removeable lid. This is truly a beautiful box that would be a great addition to your collection or a wonderful gift for someone special!
