Greek Black-figure Band Cup, 6th-5th Century The wide, rounded foot supports the broad, shallow body and offset lip; two slightly upturned handles adorn either side of the vessel; the body is decorated with bands of black pigment, a seated figure surrounded by a decorative floral motif is featured on both the front and back of the cup. Private Mid-West Collection. Height: 6.8cm(2.7in), Width: 21.5cm(8.5in).
