Condition: It is in Very Good or better Condition, no missing pages, no rips or tears, the spine is tight to the pages and the pages are tight to each other, no handwriting, no scotch tape, bump/indention at bottom of corner at very bottom and through all the pages at the very bottom, barely visible small light coffee discolor mark or water stain at top border of two pages and at the spine border of four pages at the back.
