SOUTHERN LIVING AT HOME MEMORY PLATTER & 6 MATCHING DESSERT PLATES PRODUCTION SAMPLE We have aquired a bunch of SLAH production samples at an auction. We believe these plates & platter are a prototype and possibly never put into production. The platter is signed by Joanne L. Holloway. This platter and plates have an actual stamp that say Joanne L. Holloway...Designed exclusively for Southern Living at Home by Joanne L. Holloway. With all that being said is some information on the platter. It is 15" in diameter. All around the platter are hand written in cursive "memories" such as: scent of a flower, chirping birds, camp fires, dressing up, clover chains,sandcastles, finding the perfect shells just to name a few. T are pictures of each one of the designs on the plates on the platter so the platter and the plates match. They are written in colors of red, blue, orange, green, & yellow. The middle of the platter is green. The plates: T are six different plates..... Each plate is is 8 1/2" Plate 1 - Scent of a flower Plate 2 - Fishing off the dock Plate 3 - Chirping Crickets Plate 4 - Catching frongs & toads Plate 5 - Sand between our toes Plate 6 - Tea Parties Would this be great to serve birthday cake from, or how about taking a cake to a church picnic?
