We have purchased these remaining signed prints of Ted Laws. These are images of railroading on the Clinchfield (C.C.&O. CC&O), Southern (SOU), and East Tennessee & Western North Carolina (ET&WNC, Tweetsie, Linville River Railway), plus views around Tri-Cities (Bristol, Johnson City, Kingsport TN. T were only a couple of each one, and they are in very limited supply. Almost all are signed and numbered by Laws himself, who passed away in 1992 after 10 years as one of the area’s most-beloved artists. SOU Southern 1492 Railroad Print, S/N TED LAWS Johnson City TN This image is number 29 of 200, signed and numbered by the artist. It shows a night view of a Southern Railway Pacific-type #1492 steam locomotive leaving Johnson City southbound toward Jonesborough, Bulls Gap Knoxville; the location is the long curve looping away the old depot and Free Service Tire; the ET&WNC and CCO depots would be to the immediate right of this location. Print size is 14 by 20, shipped in a sleeve and mailing tube. PLEASE READ: Condition is as shown in the scan and described; these are basically new old stock from the Laws family itself.
