This auction is for ONE (1) (the matching chair is being offered in a seperate auction) GORGEOUS CHAIR made by the VERY HIGH END... SOUTHWOOD Furniture company in Hickory, NC I am not positive as to what style it falls under, so I figured my title covered most. This chair is very elegant and will add nicely to any living area. This EXACT chair is pictured on the Southwood website, on the catagory choice page. (but I cannot find this chair being offered, just pictured) I am not positive of the retail price but similar southwood chairs sell for over $1,000 EACH This chair is in EXCELLENT CONDITION. No tears, no stains, (no funky smells, either)! It show very minor wear and is ready to be added to your living space without having to do a thing to it! Approximate DIMENSIONS... 43 3/4 " at tallest (back of chair) 20" tall (to top of seat cushion) 26 1/2 " wide (at front of seat - just in front of arms, at widest point of chair) 17 1/2 " wide (at back of cushion) 17" wide (at top of seat back, just under curved area) 20" deep (cushion) 26 1/2 " deep (whole chair) FRONT LEGS... 14" tall 26" wide - front leg to front leg (outer edge) BACK LEGS... 12" tall 16 3/4 " wide - back leg to back leg (outer edge) Please, look at my photos carefully, they are a large part of my description. This auction is for the 1 (one) CHAIR only! The other chair is listed in a seperate auction! The last photo shows both chairs, just so buyers know I am offering the matching chair in a SEPERATE AUCTION! Condition... In my opinion, this chair is in EXCELLENT shape. It is not however, mint. Any piece of furniture that has been used under normal conditions will have MINOR scratches and dings. I purchased this chair at a local moving sale. I am pretty sure that the upholstery is original, because the furniture makers labels are still in place, but I am not positive. I do not know the exact age of this chair, but since I found a picture of it on the website, it can't be very old! PLEASE, ASK QUESTIONS BEFORE BIDDING, BECAUSE ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
