For your consideration is another hard to find lot consisting of a near mint copy of the book, Antique and Collectible STANLEY TOOLS Guide to Identity and Value, by John Walter. This is a very scarce "autographed" copy --signed by the author. And it even includes the actual STANLEY ink pen used to sign it. Hardcover edition --are the most rare, published 1996, second edition of the original book from 1989. The inscription reads; For BIG Stanley fan, special book signing limited edition with free pen! It has 885 pages and is loaded with 100's and 100's of illustrations, more than 1,000 individual detailed tool listings for all catagories, a 100 page company history, type studies for dating items, fully indexed, and so much more... Check out reviews on the web for more detailed info. Dust jacket looks like new!!! Nice and clean, has been in storage for years. Measures 8-1/2 inches tall x 5-1/2 inches wide. Great overall OUTSTANDING condition. 's your chance to get a very scarce hardback copy, much scarcer in fact than the signed numbered copies, comes not only with the authors ink, but also his pen...
